2018 Tour - WEEK OF OCTOBER 7TH TO THE 14TH – COOKING IN TUSCANY  - 8 students max.

This amazing Cooking Class will be a wonderful week long stay in the heart of Tuscany Italy staying in the middle of the olive groves and countryside.  Each couple will be located at a small B&B which once was an old grain mill and with Cooking Classes taking place each night at the home of an traditional Italian family.  The Cooking Class Vacation includes 7 night stay in a B&B, transportation, breakfast & cooking class dinner, 6 nights of cooking class instruction, 6 days of excursions to small little medieval towns amongst the hills of Tuscany and a full time chef and interpreter during your week stay.  The classes and your accommodations will take place in a small village about one hour from Florence Italy near Arezzo

**This is an small class size of 4 couples (8 student’s total) to continue our consistent service for small intimate Classes.   Pricing based on per couple -  $3500.00/couple. Canto degli Alberti  is an old stone built farmhouse, which in the past included the stables, and is part of a small complex comprising a sixteenth century house, and a group of buildings which collectively were a granary, a forge, a mill all involved in farming in the Tiber Valley in the past. The Country Inn has been completely restored with 4 Apartments in the old Grain Mill portion.  Each Room includes a kitchenette, sitting room, full bathroom and separate bedroom with queen size beds.  (two units on the bottom floor and two units upstairs)

A Tour Guide will accompany you to a different town each afternoon which will include a small walking tour, after which, students are free to explore the town on their own. There will be many lunch places tucked into these mediaeval towns for you to dine at or you may choose to join the group with tour guide to eat lunch.  *Lunch cost is not included in this portion.  A destination and time will be picked for the group to reconvene to return. .
